You’ll partner closely with an offshore transactional accounting team who are top notch and allow you the time to truly understand your client’s needs to focus on the big-ticket items and strategic work.

The role
- Relationships are your strength and you’ll be excited to work as an extension to your client’s finance function.
- Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end accounting and advisory services to your client portfolio, however the compliance work is completed by our “Production Team”.
- Exceeding expectations is your MO, and you want to drop some of the technical accounting work to focus on the strategy, growth and continuous improvement projects with your clients.

- As a high performer, you’ll organically seek opportunities to support your clients with additional business advisory services including (but not limited to):
- o Forecasting, reporting, operational planning and cashflow models – you’ll be all over the day to day, identifying any discrepancies and providing discussion points and solutions for any red flags.
- o Funding applications, strategic planning and business valuations – you’re part of the long-term play and are driven to add high-value to these pieces of work.
- o Continuous improvements, adopting new technologies or ways of work to ensure we’re all driving continuous improvement and excellence across our client group
About you
- You’re a CA or CPA with at least 7+ years PQE within an accounting and finance function, firm or industry side (ideally a bit of both!).
- Relationships, relationships, relationships – you love solving business problems, are excited by the variety of industries you’ll be exposed to and can’t wait to add value at every turn!
- You’re seeking a nimble, high performing team are passionate about transforming the accounting industry
