A business coaching platform on a mission to help Tradies run and scale better businesses. They provide the tools, coaching, and marketing support to fuel confident growth think sales systems, smart hiring, and real-world accountability.

They’re a straight-talking, driven team with big personalities and big goals, now hiring their first Internal Recruiter to help build an epic team from the inside out.

This is not your average recruitment gig. You’ll play a vital role in attracting and securing top talent. You’ll be working closely with department heads and the Recruitment Manager to keep the recruitment engine humming.
Your week might include:

• Craft compelling, on-brand job ads that stand out
• Screen candidates for skills and culture fit
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with confidence
• Keep the ATS (Teamtailor) organised and up to date
• Report on hiring progress and suggest process improvements
• Advise hiring managers on top talent to meet
• Support smooth, energising onboarding experiences

About you

You’re someone who genuinely gets the importance of hiring great people. You love the chase of sourcing, the detail of coordination, and the satisfaction of a placement done right.

• You’re organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment
• You’ve got a knack for writing sharp job ad’s
• Communication is your superpower whether it’s a candidate, hiring manager or agency
• You’ve worked with an ATS before (or can pick it up quickly)
• You’re all about giving people a great recruitment experience from the first email to the offer
