Our client
A dynamic West Auckland entrepreneur with multiple businesses spanning travel, cleaning, and education. He is passionate about growing both his people and his enterprises. While his businesses run autonomously, he’s seeking a PA to streamline his work and personal life, helping him be more productive.
The role
This is a varied and rewarding role. No two days are the same, from supporting high-level meetings to managing personal tasks – you’ll keep things running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising his diary, meetings, appointments, and travel, keeping his day seamless and stress-free
- Inbox management responding to queries, drafting emails, answering phones, and taking messages professionally
- Taking accurate minutes, preparing agendas, and coordinating follow-ups
- Ensuring the office is ready for the day – coffee brewed, AC on, and everything in order
- Meeting and greeting visitors, offering refreshments, and ensuring everyone feels welcome and looked after
- Booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries for both business and personal travel
- Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and using the full Microsoft Suite efficiently, including Outlook, with CoPilot and ChatGPT tools
- Nothing is too much to ask from picking up dry cleaning to other personal errands, you’re happy to help where needed
