Our client is a fast-growing HR tech and advisory business based in Auckland, offering an all-in-one platform that combines HR software with on-demand expert support.

They partner with SMEs as an outsourced HR function, supporting everything from hiring and onboarding through to performance, compliance, and employee relations. By blending AI-driven tools with real human expertise, they provide a cost-effective alternative to in-house HR.

With strong growth ambitions, they are now looking for an experienced Sales professional to take a strategic approach to expanding into new and existing organisations.

This is a full-cycle enterprise sales role focused on market mapping, targeted outreach, and closing high-value deals. You’ll work closely with marketing and SDR teams, leveraging your network to open doors and drive revenue, while also nurturing long-term client relationships post-sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically map target markets and leverage your network to identify new business opportunities
  • Drive outbound enterprise sales activity, securing meetings and converting opportunities
  • Stay across market trends, competitors, and opportunities, adapting your approach as needed
  • Confidently pitch and present the platform’s value proposition to prospective clients
  • Lead negotiations and manage end-to-end sales processes through to close
  • Build and grow client relationships post-sale, identifying further opportunities within accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and collateral
  • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM management
  • Support expansion across both New Zealand and Australia markets

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise sales
  • Strong outbound sales and account development capability
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth/start-up environment
  • Confident, consultative seller with high EQ and a team-first mindset
  • Strategic, proactive, and commercially driven
  • Experience or interest in consumer marketing is a bonus
