The Role:
This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee financial operations and coach your team building up their technical knowledge. Your key focus areas will be:
* Owning month-end, reporting, and financial controls.
* Providing commercial insights to influence key business decisions.
* Driving budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
* Managing the treasury, banking, and audit processes.
* Partnering with senior leadership to execute financial strategy.
About You:
✅ CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years within a NZ commercial environment.
✅ Proven leadership and SLT stakeholder engagement experience.
✅ Strong analytical skills with a business-first mindset.
✅ Your leadership style is known as teaching/coaching rather than telling
✅ Experience in NZ large complex corporates running ERP systems
✅ Hands-on, results-driven, and solutions-focused.
