As their Accounting Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and leading an ambitious team. This is your chance to combine your sales expertise, business development, and previous experience leading a team into a new role that directly impacts client success, while ensuring accurate and high-quality accounting outputs.
  
The Role

  • Engage leads quickly and effectively within business SLA
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress against revenue targets
  • Convert leads to deals and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement solutions
  • Oversee smooth transitions from sales to service delivery
  • Ensure clients are fully informed, onboarded, and set up for long-term success
  • Review accounting returns for accuracy, compliance, and consistency with professional standards
  • Provide feedback and guidance to maintain high-quality outputs
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve individual and team targets
  • Conduct performance reviews and track team metrics
  • Assist in refining processes and SOPs for efficiency and effectiveness

  
About You

  • You’ll bring solid experience in sales or business development, ideally within a financial or professional services firm
  • Top-notch communication and negotiation skills – you’re a natural at building and maintaining relationships
  • A good head for numbers – from accounting principles to tax compliance and financial reporting
  • Eagle eyes for detail, especially when reviewing accounting returns
  • Confidence in diving into sales and financial data to spot opportunities and make things happen
