Brand Marketing Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth and become the company’s first dedicated Brand Marketing Lead, helping shape the future of the brand and how it shows up on the global stage.
  
The role
This is a rare opportunity to build a brand marketing function from the ground up. Working within a small, passionate and highly collaborative team, you’ll lead the development and execution of the brand strategy, driving awareness, engagement and growth across global markets, particularly the US and UK.
  
You’ll own brand campaigns, creator and influencer partnerships, artist and community programmes, social growth initiatives and brand measurement. With autonomy, budget and the ability to engage specialist partners where needed, you’ll have the freedom to test ideas, learn quickly and scale what works.
  
Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and evolving the global brand strategy
  • Leading integrated campaigns that drive awareness and engagement
  • Building creator, influencer and artist partnership programmes
  • Growing community and culture-led marketing initiatives
  • Overseeing social content strategy and performance
  • Acting as the guardian of brand identity, positioning and tone of voice
  • Establishing meaningful brand metrics and reporting frameworks
  • Connecting brand activity to commercial outcomes

  
About you
You’re a builder at heart and thrive in environments where you can create, experiment and make a genuine impact.

You’ll bring proven experience growing consumer brands and increasing awareness through a combination of creative thinking, cultural understanding and commercial rigour.
You’ll likely have:

  • Experience in brand, consumer or growth marketing
  • A track record of building successful campaigns, partnerships or community initiatives
  • Strong understanding of social-first, creator-led and community-driven marketing
  • Excellent commercial acumen and analytical capability
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, contractors or external partners
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset

Experience within technology, subscription businesses, education, creator economy platforms or music-related brands will be highly regarded.
