A full-service boutique dental practice with a vision to make patient dreams a reality! You’ll be a key part of the journey, ensuring seamless customer service with A++ administrative skills to match.
The role
- Greeting patients, phone answering, processing payments, responding to patient telephone and email queries
- Administration duties; following and completing the Patient Co-Ordinator daily task list
- Dealing with correspondence from referring dentists and specialists
- Working with a sense of urgency, an appreciation of priorities and the ability to perceive importance and act with speed
- Attending to all requirements of a task and implementing appropriate follow up tasks
- Interacting with a diverse clientele and staff of different levels within the business, displaying a professional persona and coming across confident and knowledgeable when communicating
- Actively seeking out opportunities to make extra contributions to benefit the Practice
- Supporting with change with the ability to adjust to changes
- Continuing to perform well under pressure or in stressful circumstances
- Dealing appropriately with difficult social exchanges, particularly in difficult or embarrassing situations
- Perceiving and understanding the feelings of others
- Marketing assistance as required
About you
- Nothing is a problem! You’re happy to put your hand up to help
- You LOVE talking to people and being the “face” of a business
- Proven customer service experience is required
- Computer competency – MS Office Suite, Exact, Lastpass, Slack are advantageous but not essential
- You’re not easily distracted, and are prepared to go the extra mile with a positive approach, particularly with regard to solving problems
