Front of House Coordinator


Our client 

A full-service boutique dental practice with a vision to make patient dreams a reality! You’ll be a key part of the journey, ensuring seamless customer service with A++ administrative skills to match.

The role 

  • Greeting patients, phone answering, processing payments, responding to patient telephone and email queries
  • Administration duties; following and completing the Patient Co-Ordinator daily task list
  • Dealing with correspondence from referring dentists and specialists
  • Working with a sense of urgency, an appreciation of priorities and the ability to perceive importance and act with speed
  • Attending to all requirements of a task and implementing appropriate follow up tasks
  • Interacting with a diverse clientele and staff of different levels within the business, displaying a professional persona and coming across confident and knowledgeable when communicating
  • Actively seeking out opportunities to make extra contributions to benefit the practice
  • Supporting with change with the ability to adjust to changes
  • Continuing to perform well under pressure or in stressful circumstances
  • Perceiving and understanding the feelings of others

About you

  • Nothing is a problem! You’re happy to put your hand up to help
  • You LOVE talking to people and being the “face” of a business
  • Demonstrated customer service experience is essential, with a preference for backgrounds in the dental or medical sectors
  • Computer competency is essential, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • You’re not easily distracted and are prepared to go the extra mile with a positive approach, particularly with solving problems!
