Responsibilities
- Lead the development and upkeep of detailed project reports, oversee scope management, and drive exceptional quality standards
- Build and sustain meaningful connections with clients and third parties, delivering solutions that resonate with their core values
- Identify, analyse, and devise strategies to address potential risks, ensuring project success and stability
- Conduct thorough research and deliver actionable insights and recommendations that advance project goals
- Efficiently manage internal and external resources, keep projects aligned with scope and budget, and represent the project in key meetings
- Conduct site surveys, document observations, and mentor team members to uphold the highest standards of service
- Play a key role in client strategic planning, policy formulation, and contribute to document peer reviews, driving continuous improvement
About you
- Must possess strong project management skills, business acumen, and attention to detail
- You’re self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficient in MS Project, Visio, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge in electrical systems, IT networks, risk management, and project delivery methodologies like PMP/PRINCE II is desired but not essential
