Our clients organisation supports individuals with visual impairments, offering mobility training, adaptive technology, and rehabilitation services. It empowers those with vision loss through personalised assistance, education, and advocacy, promoting inclusivity and independence

The role

  • You are the frontline ambassador, dedicated to addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional assistance. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, you adeptly navigate a variety of communication channels, including email, chat, and phone, to engage and retain their supporters
  • First point of call via phone and email to all supporters, offering speedy responses and proactiveness
  • You’re consistently maintaining the CRM system with updated and new information from their supporters and actioning supporter enquiries
  • Follow up with outstanding invoices
  • Correct missing or invalid information. This includes; identifying and merging duplicates, identify missing or incorrect codes, addresses and other various data activity

About you

  • You’re a natural speaker and not opposed from taking conversations from email to the phones
  • You enjoy a collaborative work environment
  • You have a genuine passion for finance, demonstrating curiosity and eagerness to continually expand your knowledge
