Our client is obsessed with one thing: helping Kiwis build sustainable wealth through property investment. They’re not your typical “corporate finance” environment the mortgage team is young and ambitious, they’ve doubled in size in the last 12 months, created clear progression pathways, and built a culture that blends energy, hunger, and genuine care for their clients.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll work with new and existing clients to deliver a high-touch, tailored, end-to-end experience across:

• First-home buyers
• Investment property purchases
• Commercial property lending

Your portfolio will be a 50/50 split between new business and warm existing clients. A 100% farmer role of warm, marketing-generated leads, plus enjoy strong inter-business referrals across their wider group.

• You’ll interview clients and guide them from first conversation through to approval and settlement ensuring every detail is tight, every strategy is well-considered, and every client feels supported for the long term,
• Prepare client applications per NZ banking guides and responsible lending code,
• Keep the client regularly updated with their case progress,
• Establish long term relationships with lending institutions,

About you

• NZCFS Level 5 Certificate (Residential Property Lending) + FSPR Registration (MUST HAVE!)
• Open to a candidate with a minimum of 12 months experience, 
• Strong credit understanding and the ability to structure deals with confidence,
• High attention to detail, you catch what others miss,
• A natural ability to tell a story, connect with people, and simplify the complex,
• A proactive, hungry attitude – you love the chase and the client care side,
• Drive to grow your book, your career, and your earning potential.
