Now, they’re looking for a Senior National Sales Manager to take their sales team and strategy to the next level.
The Role

What you’ll be doing:
- Driving Strategy – Create and execute a national sales plan that boosts revenue and expands market reach.
- Leading a High-Performing Team – Recruit, develop, and inspire a sales team that smashes targets.
- Building Key Relationships – Work closely with major retailers, suppliers, and industry leaders.
- Optimizing Sales Performance – Use data, insights, and CRM tools to drive results.
- Staying Ahead of the Market – Keep an eye on competitors and work on smart pricing strategies.
- Delivering Outstanding Customer Service – Strengthen brand engagement and customer loyalty.
- Championing Safety – Ensure health and safety standards are met across all operations.
About You

What you bring to the table:
- 5-10 years of experience in sales management leading a nationwide team
- A strong background in business development, key account management, and negotiation.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and in-depth knowledge of tyres as a product
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on, action-oriented approach.
