With a background in office management or high-level administration, you’ll be the go-to for driving smarter systems, streamlining processes, and helping a close-knit team work at their best.

The role 

  • Lead projects like CRM upgrades and digital improvements
  • Own efficiency by constantly fine-tuning workflows and systems
  • Manage admin tasks – from invoicing and client communications to month-end wrap-ups
  • Coordinate client processes including proposals, engagement letters, and tax reminders
  • Handle team support – calendars, tech setup, events, and document preparation
  • Keep internal systems sharp and data accurate, working closely with IT
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a productive workspace
  • Partner with teams across the business to support and keep projects on track
  • Lead a small admin team, providing coaching, support, and development opportunities to help them grow and perform at their best

About you

  • You’re a proven administrative or office management guru, leading the admin team with confidence.
