The Role:
We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist with NZ experience in PayGlobal to take ownership of the payroll function and keep things running smoothly for the NZ 360+ employees.

Working closely with our People & Culture and Finance team, you’ll ensure everyone is paid accurately and on time while keeping everything compliant and efficient.

What you’ll be doing:

• End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls (PayGlobal)
• Managing PAYE, ACC, KiwiSaver, leave, and other deductions
• Maintaining employee data and ensuring legislative compliance
• Preparing reports, reconciliations, and audit support
• Responding to payroll queries with care, accuracy, and professionalism
• Supporting the ongoing improvement of payroll systems and processes
• Living the company values and contributing to a positive, people-first culture

About you:

• 4+ years’ NZ payroll experience (PayGlobal essential)
• Strong working knowledge of NZ payroll legislation and the Holidays Act
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills
• Tech-savvy, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
• Professional, personable, and adaptable with a great sense of humour
