They are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant who enjoys being the steady, trusted presence behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
The role
This is a pivotal Personal Assistant role supporting senior stakeholders, requiring a high level of organisation, discretion and initiative.
You will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly, acting as a central point of coordination and bringing structure to a fast-paced environment.
- Providing high-level administrative support, including preparation of client-facing reports, proofreading and quality checking all material, managing records and candidate applications, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Managing calendars, meetings, travel and occasional events, ensuring schedules run smoothly
- Handling incoming enquiries and correspondence, responding or redirecting with sound judgement
- Supporting the wider team with coordination and ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations and administrative systems, identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a warm, professional and welcoming experience
About you
- A minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or senior administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment
- A stable career history, with demonstrated reliability, longevity and strong follow-through
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage complex diaries, competing priorities and multiple deadlines with ease
- Confident using tools and systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM platforms and AI tools such as CoPilot)
- Clear, polished communication skills, with strong attention to detail and proof-reading ability
