Sales and Marketing Administrator

Sitting within the Funds and Investment division, as the Marketing, Administration and Events Executive you’ll be a key player in effective communication to ensure a seamless experience across all facets of day-to-day operations.

The role 

  • Liaising with suppliers across print, digital, social, distribution and radio to negotiate prices and secure advertising
  • Preparing collateral schedules and design briefs, ensuring artwork is approved by key stakeholders, and making minor adjustments using Photoshop or InDesign where needed
  • Drafting and sending eDMs, alongside keeping profiles, capability statements, and website updated
  • Analysing data, writing content for and preparing marketing reports
  • Reviewing campaigns using Salesforce, Google Analytics and Mailchimp
  • Arrange quotes for marketing and events, preparing budgets, approving/allocating invoices ensuring no overruns
  • Arranging AML/invoices for clients, liaising with various departments regarding commission due and expense claims
  • Planning and scheduling presentations and roadshows for investors and agents
  • Preparing itineraries and arranging all requirements for venues, flights, hotels, catering, rental cars etc.
  • Arranging communications pre and post events, recording relevant information from attendees i.e. RSVPs, referrals
  • Ongoing database updates and upkeep (Salesforce) to ensure accurate creation of new accounts/unsubscribes, consistently updating information on existing accounts
  • Conducting general administration duties as required such as drafting documents (emails, letters, presentations), proofreading, mail outs etc.

About you

  • 1+ years administration or office based experience
  • A people person, highly confident but without the ego!
  • Interest in learning CRM and software / database tools Salesforce and Microsoft suite
  • You’re not easily flustered and able to juggle conflicting priorities
