They partner with SMEs as an outsourced HR function, supporting everything from hiring and onboarding through to performance, compliance, and employee relations. By blending AI-driven tools with real human expertise, they provide a cost-effective alternative to in-house HR.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who thrives on building connections and uncovering opportunities. You’ll be at the forefront of the sales process -engaging prospective clients, understanding their needs, and creating qualified opportunities for the Business Development team.

With a focus on quality over quantity, you’ll use a thoughtful, insight-led approach to outreach – leveraging tools like LinkedIn to create warm, meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers within defined segments
  • Proactively engage prospects via phone, LinkedIn, and email to generate qualified meetings
  • Qualify leads against ideal customer profiles and business needs
  • Lead discovery conversations — asking the right questions, actively listening, and identifying pain points
  • Clearly articulate the value of the product in relation to client challenges
  • Collaborate closely with the BDM team to ensure a smooth handover of opportunities
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Support sales operations through CRM management, reporting, and process improvements
  • Track performance against KPIs, regularly reviewing and optimising activity
