The role

Perfect for someone who can talk the talk and walk the walk, you’ll be passionate about uncovering customer needs and showing how this construction-tech SaaS solution can transform their world through data and insights. You’ll be digitally savvy, energetic, and balance the gift of the gab with the ability to truly listen.

You’ll run the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to pitching, nurturing, and closing new business. Prospecting is at the heart of this role, you’ve got to genuinely love it.

You’ll also enjoy a mix of in-office and on-the-road client meetings, giving you plenty of variety day to day. To support this, the role includes a generous car allowance.

You will:

  • Research leads in target segments, identifying key organisations and decision-makers
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via face to face, phone and email, securing meetings for the AM and onboarding teams
  • Qualify prospects against set criteria and guide them through the sales journey
  • Drive new business relentlessly, every call is an opportunity to boost your commissions
  • Streamline and optimise sales operations with automation and KPI reporting
  • Present confidently to stakeholders across all levels
  • Own your performance, review progress monthly, and continuously improve
  • Work towards realistic, achievable targets within an ambitious, supportive, fun environment
  • Earn a generous base salary + uncapped commissions + car allowance

  
About you

  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales and hungry for more ownership
  • You love prospecting and thrive on closing new business
  • Competitive, motivated, and energised by a target-rich environment
  • You want performance visibility and the chance to be at the top of the board
  • Passionate about tech that solves real problems
  • Confident, articulate, and eager to grow in SaaS
